2. What byehsan.com provides

The Site offers:

  • Information and blog posts — articles and essays published by Ehsan on technical and business topics.
  • Newsletter — a subscription-based email newsletter. Subscribing constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  • Contractor portal — a private area for contracted clients to access project documents, deliverables, and communications.

3. Contractor portal

Access to the contractor portal is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or grant access to any third party. All documents, files, and deliverables accessible through the portal are provided under a limited licence for the specific engagement described in the relevant contract. Downloads are for licensed use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or sublicensed without written permission.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, and code — is © Ehsan unless otherwise noted.

Blog posts are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence unless a different licence is stated in the post. You are free to share and adapt the material for any purpose, provided you give appropriate credit and link back to the original.

Deliverables provided through the contractor portal are governed by the terms of the individual contract and are not covered by the CC BY 4.0 licence.

Content published on byehsan.com is provided for information purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional legal, financial, or engineering advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information found here. I make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, my total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed €100. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany.

8. Changes to terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. For material changes, I will provide at least 30 days' notice via the newsletter or a prominent notice on the Site before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
